Tegan is a dedicated mother of two and an accomplished Exercise Physiologist specialising in Paediatrics.
Tegan started at Dapto Physie at 3 years old and continued until her mid-20s, demonstrating her commitment to the sport. In 2023, she confidently returned to the ladies' classes, showcasing her passion and resilience. Her daughter has also been actively enjoying Dapto Physie classes for the past 5 years, following in Tegan's footsteps.
Tegan's personal favourite syllabus is cardio, reflecting her strong preference for energetic and dynamic fitness.
Karen is a dedicated mother of three teenagers and boasts an impressive 25 years as an Early Childhood Teacher.
Karen started her Physie journey at the age of 4 in the Dapto Physie preschool class and has continued to excel in it throughout her life. With a solid track record of 10 years teaching Physie in Dapto. Karen's daughter also shares her love of Physie with her Mum and currently competes in Seniors.
Karen is committed to all Physie syllabuses, but her passion lies in the exercises, where she truly thrives.
Alivia is pursuing a Nursing degree at the University of Wollongong (UOW).
Alivia began her involvement with Dapto Physie at the age of 7 and has embraced every aspect of the Dapto Physie community.
Alivia's all-in-approached to her Physie, lead her to be offered a leadership role. Alivia is a young enthusiastic teacher, and has been sharing her passion and knowledge for the past 2.5 years.
Alivia has a strong affinity for the Floor Drill syllabus, which she excels in.
Melinda has a PhD in Plant Biotechnology and is a dedicated Research Biologist with a strong focus on Antarctic mosses and climate change.
Melinda began her passion for Physie at the Dapto Club at the age of 3, progressing with confidence and dedication to reach the Open Senior level.
Melinda stepped away from physie in her mid 20's to pursue her chosen career. Melinda returned with vigue & pose in 2018, joining the Dapto Physie Ladies classes.
Exercises has been Melinda's favourite syllabus throughout her Physie journey.
Physie is a fun and accessible activity that promotes fitness while fostering social connections.
It provides an opportunity to make new friends in a supportive environment.
For those aiming for excellence, it requires dedication and precision to achieve championship status.

Phoenix is a year 8 student & passionately enjoys the school dance ensemble, swimming, nippers and being with her friends. Phoenix is a little powerhouse in our club and we are pleased to have her on our teaching staff.
Phoenix started her Physie journey at aged 3, continuously enjoying the challenges of competitive Physie for past 10 years. She will be competing in the 14 years seniors division for 2025. Dance has always been Phoenix’s favourite Physie Syllabus.
